Challenge. The customer required a certified, cost-effective alternative to an existing European or Japanese brand with a short qualification cycle.

Solution. We provided engineering samples within 5 working days, full AEC-Q200 / VDE / UL test data, and a tailored packing plan for automated SMT lines.

Result. 1.2M pcs / year · PPM < 30 · VDE certified. The project moved to mass production and has been running for consecutive quarters without quality claims.
