Warranty

Standard series are warranted for 24 months from shipment; automotive and industrial grade products carry extended warranty up to 36 months as agreed in the contract. Warranty covers material and workmanship defects under normal application conditions.

Claim handling

Report any quality issue within 30 days of receipt with batch codes, test data and photos. We will respond within 24 hours with a preliminary analysis and issue an 8D report within 7 working days after samples are received.

Return & replacement

Confirmed defective goods are replaced free of charge or credited, including freight. Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.

Free selection support, cross-reference to major brands, application review and on-site / online technical training.
