- 8D report within 7 working days for any confirmed quality claim
- Change control notice (PCN) before any material or process change
Quality management
ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 quality systems, with incoming material verification, in-process SPC control, 100% electrical testing and outgoing AQL sampling.
Testing laboratory
LCR analysis, impedance / ESR measurement, high temperature load life chamber, thermal shock, humidity (damp heat), solderability, vibration and X-ray inspection.
Certifications
UL, cUL, VDE, ENEC, CQC for safety; RoHS, REACH, halogen-free for environmental compliance; AEC-Q200 for automotive grade products.
