Quotation

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to final confirmation of specification and quantity.

Order

Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance and, for custom items, receipt of agreed deposit. Sample orders require full prepayment.

Payment

T/T, PayPal, credit card via Stripe, or other methods agreed in writing. Bank charges outside China are borne by the buyer.

Delivery

Lead times start from order confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of payment and approved samples. Delays caused by force majeure are excluded.

Intellectual property

Customer drawings and tooling remain the customer's property. We do not disclose customer designs to third parties and can sign NDA before technical discussion.

Dispute

Governing law is the law of the People's Republic of China; disputes are settled amicably or by arbitration in Ningbo.
